Focused Execution for the Next Real Move

One Business Problem. One Focused
Build. Real Progress You Can Use.

A CSB Sprint is a short, focused engagement designed to move one important part of your business from "we keep talking about it" to built, tested, and usable.

We may help you tighten the offer, build the follow-up system, organize the client experience, train the team, clean up a finance workflow, connect the tools, launch an opportunity, or turn what is in your head into something other people can use.

No vague strategy deck. No pretending one Sprint can fix everything. One outcome, handled with care.

The Process

What a Sprint Looks Like

01

Get clear

We identify what is happening, what should be happening, and which problem is worth solving first.

02

Build the fix

Our cross-functional team creates the workflow, materials, system, training, campaign, dashboard, automation, or tool required for the outcome.

03

Test it

We check the work against real situations and correct what does not hold up.

04

Train the people

We make sure the people affected understand what changed and how to use it.

05

Hand it over

You receive the finished assets, ownership, instructions, and the next decision — not a pile of unfinished homework.

Most Sprints are designed around one primary outcome over approximately 2–4 weeks. If several systems are connected, we will recommend a Growth Check or a larger project rather than squeezing the wrong problem into a small package.

Choose Your Founder Stage

What Could We Build in a Sprint?

These are realistic composite situations based on common founder patterns. They are examples of what a Sprint may address — not promises that every business will have the same result.

"You have talent, early demand, and plenty happening. You need a foundation that makes the next win easier to repeat."

Who Does the Work

You Are Not Hiring One Person to
Give You Homework.

Your Sprint is handled by CSB's cross-functional team — the professionals Julia developed through GBUI and hired into the business after graduation. They work across project execution, client-team training, operations, finance workflows, marketing, technology, QA, deployment, and client success. Their strength is not pretending they have seen every possible assignment. Their strength is knowing how to understand the outcome, learn the environment, build the plan, execute responsibly, verify the work, and train the people who will carry it forward.

Project Lead

Keeps the outcome, people, decisions, dates, and client communication together

Research and Business Analysis

Learns the environment and makes sure the team is solving the real problem

Execution

Builds and implements the agreed solution

Quality and Evidence

Checks the work, tests it, reconciles it, and confirms it meets the standard

Client Training and Adoption

Helps the people affected understand, use, and sustain the result

Systems, Finance, Marketing, or Client Success

Joins when the Sprint requires that capability

Collaboration, Not Homework

What We Need From the Founder

Honest context

We cannot build the right fix around a polished version of the problem

Access to the people and information involved

The work needs the real workflow, not assumptions

Timely decisions

A short Sprint loses momentum when approvals sit for a week

Feedback during testing

We need to know how the work behaves inside the real business

A person who will own the result after handoff

A system without an owner becomes another abandoned tool

Fit and Boundaries

Is a Sprint Right for You?

A Sprint Is a Strong Fit When…

One meaningful outcome can be clearly defined

The founder or decision owner can participate

Required information and people are accessible

The business is ready to use what is built

The work can be tested and handed over

A Sprint Is Probably Not the Right Fit When…

Several business systems must change together

Leadership is unavailable or unwilling to make decisions

Critical data, access, or stakeholders cannot be provided

The request is mainly for ideas with no intention to implement

The engagement requires indefinite day-to-day ownership

Some situations look like one problem but are actually several connected systems. We will tell you when a Sprint is too small for the outcome you want. That is what the Growth Check is for.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

You Know What Is Happening.
Let's Decide What to Build.

If one of these stories sounded familiar, you do not need to diagnose the whole company by yourself. Start with a Growth Check. We will look at what is happening, what the business is trying to do next, and whether the smartest move is a Sprint, a larger project, Advisory, Founder Circle, or no engagement at all.

If a Sprint is not the right move, we will say so.
